African Indigenous Property KZN (AIP_KZN) is a non-profit company (NPC) established in year 2020 to deal with transformation in the property sector and drive change through the promotion of property indigenization within KZN.
Devoted to crafting viable solutions to the many challenges facing the Province, AIP_KZN aims to work with the province in driving transformation through governments property assets and to pull private sector investment in development and infrastructure.
AIP_KZN plans to provide overall Property Development and Asset Management including Facilities Management for the KZN Province. The company aims to empower, educate and promote property investments to indigenous people and youth of this province.
This process will lead to job creation and inclusivity in property economic participation in so doing address the disparities of the past.
To meticulously provide overall Property Development and Asset Management including Facilities Management services to the Province and assist with strategic land acquisition for social, economic and financial benefit of the Province and its people. To be the partner of choice to all property owners and investors on property related matters.
To assist the KZN government and other Private sector entities in better managing their Property Assets.
To drive the indigenization of the Property Sector within the Province in line with government’s strategic objectives dealing with inequality, job creation and inclusive economic growth.
